Sarah is extremely knowledgeable of all things Ecuador , very good recommendations for hotels, tours, restaurants, etc. Basically she recommends based on her own experience. She's been there, she's eaten there, she's done that.... you can trust her 100% Her service was excellent, she is very responsive and helpful. And does her job with a happy disposition, her enthusiasm is contagious. Makes the trip planning a great experience!
