Peter hooked me up with hotel credits and an amazing upgrade with a view of the city and ocean. I initially stayed at a hotel that I did not enjoy, and Peter was proactive in finding me a solution. He continually checked in to make sure the switch was seamless as possible. I could not have had such a wonderful trip without him.

Peter went above and beyond taking care of us from the booking to the end of the cruise. Peter made it extremely easy, sending us reminders on things to prepare for, even made dinner reservations for us, to all things while on board. The highlights were all the added perks, including the added sailor loot, bar tab, and priority boarding! We didn't have to think about anything. Thank you Peter for all your support. We had a blast!

Peter as our travel advisor exceeded all our expectations. He was prompt and so organized that it made booking our hotel in Manila quick and easy. He provided us options that were exactly within our budget and qualifications, and listed us the pros and cons to each one which made our decision making a breeze. Peter's follow-up was also excellent. We booked our hotel pretty late, but he guided us through our booking process with such ease that we did not have to worry about anything.
