Paola was super helpful in booking our stay at the Ritz-Carlton for our mini honeymoon. We wanted 2-3 days to relax after our wedding and she was able to help with booking and was able to get us treated for the special occasion! We didn't have any issues and we loved the experience at the property and it was because of Paola that we were treated extra special. So happy she was able to help us with this!

Paola as always is amazing and easy to work with! She booked our trip quickly on short notice and helped us find the best hotel option for our family of 4 (3y & 1.5y old girls). The goal was a sunny and beachy getaway and that's what we got. She hooked it up for us by getting us a room upgrade and a few other perks! It was a huge help to be upgraded to a suite so we could put the kids to bed and still enjoy the room and the balcony. And it came in under budget! Honestly won't book anything again without talking to her first 🙏.
