Nicole Canal

Nicole was great! I give her parameters and a budget and she delivers! She’s patient and attentive to our asks and only wants us to have the best experience. I feel like she pays attention to the details. For example, ever since I mentioned to her we generally only do King Beds for lodging (I like extra room!) she’s remembered that ever since and only books us king rooms. Might be a coincidence, but those are small details that I appreciate I don’t have to have back and forth about. She also was so thoughtful to ask what our favorite snacks were and not only provided one days worth, but one for every day we were there. All the extra amenities and perks she was able to provide for us was the cherry on top. Again, small details, but they all add up! It ultimately allow us to be stress free and make the most out of our trip!

Nicole was very attentive and responsive. She made great suggestions and handle everything for us. We look forward to planning our next trip with her!

Nicole was such a help in organizing our trip to Hawaii. As it was our honeymoon we were often busy and distracted by wedding planning at the same time, having Nicole there to guide us was instrumental in our honeymoon actually happening. She helped us determine what we really wanted in our getaway, combining both of our desires into one resort that had everything we wanted. She also got us a specialty deal with breakfast and other amenities included at the resort. Nicole also booked us a car that we were able to easily pick up on site to explore more of the island, and she organized a unique and personable snorkeling excursion. Our trip had everything we wanted and Nicole made it happen for us. Nothing made us feel more welcome and surprised as when we entered our room to champagne and desserts waiting for us after more than 12 hours of travel!

Nicole was absolutely perfect, she left nothing out! We're convinced the trip definitely wouldn't have been as nice without her involvement, she dotted every i and crossed every t :)
