Lisa was so diligent in working to make our trip the best and easiest it could be. Prior to selecting Moon Palace Cancun as our destination, she excessively researched to find the best possible place within our group's pricing budget. She made sure to inform us of any comments left by previous travelers that may be of significance, then took the booking process upon herself. All of the above was organized in emails and documents that were both easy to access and understand. Prior to our arrival, she stayed in constant contact with the resort staff to ensure our two rooms were placed next to one another, each equipped with two beds to meet our needs. She confirmed our shuttle transportation to and from the airport, as well as effectively communicated with us to make sure we knew where we needed to be in a timely fashion. During our trip, she repeatedly checked in to make sure all was well and proceeding smoothly. Her efforts alleviated a lot of the typical stress that goes into planning a group international vacation, and I could not be more grateful and lucky to have had her help! She's the best.

Loved the AlmaLusa! The rooms are small but very nice! The staff was very friendly. Great part of town to stay in.
