Kevin arranged a great itinerary for us, with hotels in just the right places. We managed to hit 90% of it. It was well-paced and we never felt rushed. Starting each city with a food tour was a great idea. We really felt supported when we didn't hear from some of those guides within the window and Kevin followed up with them for us. That was exactly what we needed.
