Juli Hall

Juli went above and beyond to help us with our last-minute trip to France to visit our son studying abroad. She was very communicative even while on a personal trip of her own. She did so much research for us and provided several recommendations on hotels and outings for us to review and determine which one suited our preferences, timing, interests, and budget. She put together a complete itinerary with travel tips and options in case we had time to explore on our own. We arrived at our hotels with personal welcome notes from Juli and upon our return did a full review of the trip to understand what went well and what did not go well (...which funny enough were dinners we planned on our own). We will definitely be using Juli again!!

Juli was very helpful in creating a great itinerary for our London Trip. She provided us with multiple options for each free day we had, so we could choose what we felt like seeing- in the moment. We had various restaurant suggestions for each part of the city, depending on where we ended up. I loved having the information available- we had both structure and a spontaneous mix.

Juli was amazing!! We had no idea where we wanted to go and she had quite the challenge -- find us someplace that we can get to quickly, that has the promise of good weather, that will feel luxurious, and since it was booked so close to the vacation dates, a place that isn't sold out. Juli gave us ample options to consider and kept researching for us till every box was checked. She arranged our transportation, dinner reservations and spa treatments perfectly and was sure to check in on us before, during and after the trip. Her communication was spot on and we really appreciated her candor and guidance. We never use travel agents but would definitely use Juli going forward. She really knows her stuff and kept the whole process fun and exciting!
