Ms. Thomas was amazing from day 1 of booking. She had been solid on hitting every step to ensure my 25th birthday trip became a success. Even when we lost our first reservation due to owner issues she didn’t hesitate to find us a new reservation in an even more beautiful home for less. She is the ultimate travel agent amen to her and her talents. You guys need put her on the front page she is really special this trip was mind blowing.

Awesome! Very quick turnaround on questions which is not common. The options were great and it was nice that Danielle herself visited most hotels. Overall very nice.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with Danielle. She was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to my needs. I had several requirements I needed to be met (within my price range, location, parking, breakfast, etc.). She was able to book a room at a hotel that met EVERY one of my needs and had great “extras” I wasn’t expecting ($10 overnight pkg. fee included with room rate, $25 credit to be used at the hotel’s restaurant/bar, and free bottles of Fiji water in the room, etc.). I appreciate the personal attention she gave me and I look forward to working with her again the next time I need to travel.
