Travel style

You can usually find me on a hiking trail or doing something in nature. But, by evening, I want to relax and be pampered — find me a pool or jacuzzi, a nice class of wine and a gorgeous view.

After the privilege of enjoying over 20 years as a university professor and administrator, I look forward to transforming from travel hobbyist to travel advisor. With even more tools at my fingertips, I am excited to meet new friends and send them on their dream trips.

Many thanks to Carol, for planning this fantastic, bucket-list trip for us! We’d wanted to ride a train through the Canadian Rockies for a long time, but probably never have made it without Carol’s well-researched planning and guidance. She was diligent in keeping us updated around all the steps leading up to this trip, and by the time we took off we knew we’d be well taken care of from start to finish. And we were! Beautiful scenery, terrific accommodations, and excellent recommendations for activities throughout. Wonderful experience!

Carol was so thoughtful and detail oriented in every respect. There were certain things we definitely wanted to do and she made sure that they were all built into our itinerary. Carol has a special skill and deep knowledge for wine and vineyard tourism which was a highlight of our trip.

Carol is attentive and accommodating to all your needs as a traveler. She has a great sense for how to make a vacation equal parts exploration and relaxation. She planned wonderful educational walking tours and wine experiences for us. We thoroughly loved getting immersed in the culture and indulging in the local cuisine and wines. Carol is the best!!
