The booking experience with Bria was really great! She was the best to work with, getting back to me with hotel choices within hours, informing me how close the location of the hotels were to the best sightseeing spots, which made my decision simply to make. She also suggested some excursions to check out, and one of them was a paella cooking class, which was the highlight of my entire trip! I will definitely be using Bria as my Trip Advisor for all my future travel needs and plan to spread the word to friends and family!

Bria did a great job helping us get booked for our honeymoon! Through booking with her, we received a free upgrade to an Ocean View room upon arrival and were allowed to check out 9 hours late. The staff also welcomed us personally and kindly because we booked through her, even calling down to the restaurant to make sure they would serve a classic Indonesian dish I had wanted to try! We certainly see the benefits of booking through a Travel Agent now and are glad that we chose to work with Bria. She did great!
