Alyssa was amazing!!!’ This was my first time using her travel booking service. Her customer service was terrific. It was a very small trip, she still gave a high level of service as if I was planning a two week trip. I was delightfully surprised by this. Additionally, my flight home was canceled due to weather. I called Alyssa at 10:00 am on a Saturday, she responded within minutes and booked a tremendous new hotel deal for us immediately. I was so impressed with this level of service. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with her.

Alyssa Manning... where do I begin to explain how amazing she is to work with? My husband and I were moving back to the United States on short notice. We only had 2 days to find a place we could stay while searching for a new apartment. I messaged Alyssa the DAY before we landed in Phoenix and she took care of everything: booked us the Sonder for a month, organized a luxury airport pickup on our behalf, and even helped expedite a maintenance request during our stay. She made our lives so much easier and helped start our adventure in Arizona out right!

Alyssa was responsive and engaged from the first email. Her recommendations were tailored to our needs and interests, and I was able to relax and enjoy our getaway because of her thoughtful planning.

Alyssa did a great job planning our trip. She communicated everything very well and even helped us with finding places to eat and things to see. She was helpful and very friendly though the entire process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone :)
